The Designer: Max Azria
Makeup by Diane Kendal. Pretty simple – dewy skin with focus on the eye area. Eyeshadow was very interesting; they created an inverted ‘cat eye’ look, with three different colors underneath the eye. Lip was completely natural – no lipstick, no gloss; it looked as if they’d patted foundation on the lips so they’d blend in perfectly with the skin.
Hair by Dennis Lanni of Bumble & Bumble. Hair looked a bit dishelved, which seems to be the perfect look for spring! The style? A low scruffy ponytail, double twisted on each side and tucked into a fan. Phew! It sounds a bit more complicated than it actually is; I actually saw a model getting her hair done – it’s actually pretty easy to emulate.
Nails by CND (Creative Nail Design). Surprisingly dark – it almost looks like a matte black cherry color.
