Hair guru Garren created the retro-glam hairstyls seen on the March 2008 cover of Vanity Fair, featuring Jessica Biel, Amy Adams, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt, as well as Ginnifer Goodwin, Alice Braga, Zoë Saldana, America Ferrera, Ellen Page, and Elizabeth Banks.
Says Garren of the experience of working with the group of young starlets: “The look is a modern take on old Hollywood - just a little looser and not as stiff or structured.”
Taking each personality into account when creating their hairstyles, Garren used his best selling product, Designing Spray Tonic ($26) to hold the shape and keep the curl.
