Rita Hazan and her esteemed team of super stylists were the official hair sponsors of three coveted shows: Adam, Terexov, and Marchesa! Check out her take on the gorgeous looks her team created.
Adam
It was so exciting and we had such a great time doing the hair for the Adam show. Juan Carlos Maciques was the lead hairstylist and Adam’s inspiration was about nature, more of an outdoor feel, with the hairstyle easy and soft. We gave it a fresh take by braiding a few strands of hair, then gently pulling the hair back into a bun. I thought it was so beautiful! We all had a great time especially when Anna Wintour came backstage and took a peak at what we were doing! That was the best part of the day!
Terexov
This was a really fun show. It was the last show of the night at Bryant Park and we had a bit of a challenge, as quite a few models (we had 24 in total) had already done multiple shows that day and their hair was so dirty! So we had to take them into the bathroom to wash their hair with bottled water! At the end, it was very funny and the models were so good with it! Alexander Terekhov is amazing! He wanted us to go with the natural flow of the hair - so some were really straight with a middle part and very shiny! Others had really relaxed curls, very natural and undone looking. Eugene Toye did a great job leading the team and I thought the whole show turned out amazing!
Marchesa
The clothes are absolutely gorgeous; it really is a girls dream to be around all that glamour! The hair was simple yet elegant, extremely romantic. Pulled back with softness, a look that was very angelic; backstage we were calling it the easy ballerina! I had my top stylists there helping create the look with stylist Teddy Charles. With my team and Teddy, the look was seamless and beautiful; this was definitely a show I am proud to have sponsored!
