Two lucky members of the human race are pulling out this blinged out L’Oréal Paris 2008 Red Carpet Compact to primp. I almost forgot to mention – it’s worth $4,900!

As L’Oréal Paris’ gift to Hollywood’s leading ladies at the Oscars, this version of the stunning glittering compact features 3 carats of diamonds, set in platinum on yellow gold, with a ruby clasp.  Not available to the general public, luckily these gold-and-diamond compacts were auctioned off on eBay to benefit the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF). They both sold for just over $1,500 each.
