As revealed in next month’s issue of Lucky, Hilary Duff is slated to release her own fragrance, Wrapped With Love Hilary Duff Eau De Parfum Spray, under the Elizabeth Arden umbrella.

Says Duff, “This new perfume is lighter and sweeter than my last one. I wanted the scent to seem springy, like when you first throw on a sundress in warm weather and feel really girly.”
