Only color your eyebrows if they are very dark, almost black. Even if you are blonde. You should always keep your eyebrows at least 3 shades darker than your hair, that way you have contrast between your face and your hair. Otherwise you will end up looking washed out. If your brows are too light, you can always darken one to two shades, but anything more would be too drastic.
