Amelle Berrabah is one-third of the SugaBabes, a female British pop trio that just signed a distribution deal with Jay-Z to launch in America. Already a massive success in England, I’m sure she’ll have no problem shooting straight to stardom stateside; she’s even rocking the haircut du jour—a semi-shaved scalp. And I actually love it on her, much more so than the tousled waves. Move over Cassie—there’s another cutie hopping the pond, and she’s hot on your hairstyle heels…
