Swipe Out Bullying With Secret Clinical Strength
By Lauren Kaplan August 21,2012
With all the delicious smells that signify the coming of fall, we certainly don’t anticipate any sort of B.O. getting in our way. And if Secret has anything to do with it, we know that the back-to-school season will be pleasantly fresh — and a much more friendly. The new Secret Deodorant Mean Stinks program, launching in September, is aiming to bring an end to girl-to-girl bullying. The brand will donate $1 from the purchase of each limited edition Mean Stinks Clinical Strength sold to Girls on the Run to fund their girl empowerment programming and help prevent mean behavior before it starts. The Clinical Strength deodorant puts an end to wetness and odor while providing a way for girls to “stick up” for others and stop bullying. Secret is encouraging girls around the country to take the Mean Stinks Pinky Swear, complete with blue pinky nails, to stand up against meanness and keep it out of their group of friends as the back-to-school season approaches. Visit the Secret Mean Stinks Facebook page to get involved and to swipe out bullying for good. Available at major retailers nationwide in September for $7.99-$9.99.
