As stringent as a skincare regime can be, most don’t put the same effort into their locks. Luckily, L’Oréal Paris is set to launch Advanced Haircare, a multi-step collection crafted to handle all of your hair gripes with Lea Michele set to be the face of the one of the sub-lines, Total Repair 5. It contains: Total Repair 5, which addresses split ends, weakness, roughness, dullness and dehydration; Smooth Intense uses a hair-smoothing oleo-keratin to control frizz; Power Moisture uses hyaluronic increase hydration levels; Color Vibrancy that minimizes UV oxidation and protect tresses from leeching color; and Triple Resist reduces hair breakage and target strands’ weak spots. According to Women’s Wear Daily, the beauty brand’s newest innovation, Arginine-K Complex helps promote healthy growth in all of the sub-lines in the collection. “Arginine reinforces the hair fiber,” Michel Fahmy, L’Oréal Paris Hair Care’s vice president of marketing, told the publication. “It is like an amino acid, it fills in what needs to be filled in for fullness and health. [It] is the fourth-largest component of keratin in the hair and is one of its basic building blocks.” Do you plan to try out the new line?
