I work with some people who think this weekend’s release of the final Indian Jones film is going to SHATTER records. I’ve thought about and done a little research and my educated guess is that…… it won’t. Yes, it’s a holiday weekend. Yes, usually sequels bring in mad cash opening weekend. Yes, people are INVESTED in this character and story.
But mark my words, it ain’t gonna happen.
And I’m going to be $7 richer.

I agree, I don’t think people really care about this story anymore. It’s too traditional. I never really liked the other ones. I’d see it only for Shia Laboeuf!

C’mon Tracey. Why not predict that the Sun won’t rise in the west tomorrow morning? No one thinks the movie is gonna break records. No one.
Plus, movies ain’t cost $7 since the Clinton administration.
