The Lawson brothers (Mark Feuerstein and Paulo Costanzo)are heading back to the Hamptons for the season four premiere of Royal Pains. After facing the death of their father and a risky use of product during a procedure, Hank and Evan are now locked in a bitter battle of who is truly in charge of HankMed with Divya (Reshma Shetty) caught in the middle. We’ll be watching all of the new patients the practice will take on as well as see if the brothers will be able to mend fences and move forward.

After helping the New York Hawks’s wide receiver, TK (Mechad Brooks), through the playoffs and taking on Nico (Scott Cohen) as a patient, balancing a packed work schedule and getting her relationship with Matt (Marc Blucas) back on track may be more than the good doctor can handle. We’ll be glued to the screen to watch how Dr. Santino will help not only the team but also herself.
