We knew that 2012 would go out with a bang but this certainly came as a surprise! During a concert in Atlantic City Sunday night, Kanye West announced that he and girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, are expecting their first child. According to Entertainment Weekly, West took a break between songs to say, “Can we make some noise for my baby momma right quick?”

Kardashian later confirmed the baby news to E!, noting that she’s about 12 weeks along with a due date around June 2013. She also wished that West’s late mother and her father were able to share in their special time. It will be the first child for both Kardashian and West, who have been dating since August.

The rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan joined in on celebrating the big baby news with sisters tweeting and Instgramming their congrats, including Kourtney who tweeted, “Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I Can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!”

If the internet can’t get enough of watching the pair’s romance, the following months will cement Kardashian’s most searched celeb status will remain in 2013.
