Brooklyn Decker Earns a New IMDb Credit

Brooklyn Decker‘s been anything but shy when it comes to her aspirations to conquer the acting world. Having created a name for herself in the modeling industry, Decker moved into film and television after scoring the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. While she’s starred in movies like Battleship alongside Rihanna and Just Go With It and made guest appearances on shows like New Girl and Ugly Betty, she has yet to land a leading role on TV, until now.

Decker was just cast alongside James van der Beek for a new CBS comedy called Friends with Better Lives. The show features six characters in their thirties who, despite their friendship, are each jealous of one another. She plays a former model who was scouted at the age of 13 named Jules. Luckily, Decker won’t have to channel her (nonexistent) mean tempermants – as she’s the one character who honestly hopes for the best for each of her friends.
