Jessica Simpson likes pretty colors, specifically the sherbert shades Michael Kors chose for his spring ’08 show. How do I know? Well, she just said so. As Miss Simpson and her four bodyguards rushed to exit the show, the blonde starlet could help but profess her adoration for the show. (See for yourself here.)

And who could blame her? Mr.Kors turned up the volume on the ‘70s, Saturday Night Fever vibe that’s shown up on other runways, putting on the glitz on like only he could. (Perhaps the popularity of Dancing With the Stars has something to do with this spring ’08 trend?) There were off-the-shoulder tiered chiffon dresses in florals and tie-dye prints, big gold accessories—from oversized snake-skin bags to chunky bangles and bold necklaces—as well as cashmere sweater dresses in Juicy Fruit stripes. (Surely these are the pieces Miss Simpson is so enamored with.) The fresh-faced models—with their loose buns and clean make-up—epitomized fun-loving girls like Miss Simpson, who can put on their dancing shoes and last all night long.
