Serena van der Woodsen was spotted on last night’s Gossip Girl in her usual ensemble of minis and heels, but it was her dress coat that stood out. Blake Lively fittingly wore Nanette Lepore’s “Party Girl” coat. We love the shimmer, ruffles and studded detail that make this the perfect jacket for a night out on the town.
