What the heck is a snood?  Not a bad question because the name itself reminds us of an old-school computer game and definitely not one of the hottest winter accessories out there.   We spotted them all over the runways during Fall Fashion Week and now snoods are making their way into our very own closets. To break it down, a Snood is a tubular neck warmer that you place over your head and pull down around the neck like a scarf or you can opt to pull it over your hair and wear it like a hood.
