What does one wear for a moment with the Queen? Miley Cyrus wore an iridescent chiffon leather wrap dress by Kaufman Franco when she met Queen Elizabeth II at the Royal Variety Performance 2009. The young pop star revealed a bit of cleavage as she regaled the regal crowd at The Opera House in Blackpool, England. Lady Gaga had her moments with the Queen as well, making for a curious encounter that put a smile on the face of a traditionally stiff upper lipped lady.  Gaga’s garb seemed to channel the Queen’s aesthetic proving that fashion inspiration comes from all sorts of places. ~Nola Weinstein
