In the fashion community it’s very rare to find modern male style icons. Sure there’s Karl Lagerfeld, Marc Jacobs, Jean Paul Gaultier, but when it comes to celebrities there are few and far between. And then there’s Tom Cruise. From Top Gun to Risky Business, the actor set trends that were followed by men and women alike. Aviator sunglasses, oversized boyfriend shirts, socks with no pants (Lady Gaga loves it!) and ofcourse the leather jacket. So when we caught up with Cruise at the T Magazine Pre-Golden Globe bash we were thrilled to find him in his trademark pieecs. He arrived cool and casual in a black turtleneck, polished leather motorcyle jacket and dark denim jeans. “This is my go to look,” he told us. And it seems the apple doesnt fall far from the tree as Suri has a style all her own. “She just loves dressing up; she’s a happy little girl who knows her fashion,”  a proud Cruise said. And if she has any sense one day she’ll rock some of her dad’s iconic wares! ~Nola Weinstein
