Joan Smalls is no stranger to Fashion Week. This season, however, the sultry supermodel has chosen to expand her presence beyond the catwalk. In her new role as the face of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week for the Spring/Summer 2013 season, Smalls hosted a Fit for Fashion party alongside Olympic gold medalist Alex Morgan in the lobby of Lincoln Center, complete with trainers from Barry’s Bootcamp. The fashion meets fitness event celebrated not only Joan, but also the newest high-end car from Mercedes, the 2013 G-Class, which beautifully combines a tough roader with the luxury we love. To bolster both the fit and the fashion-forward identities of this car, Mercedes blessed us with the gorgeous Smalls, and whipped us into tip-top shape with the soccer star and Barry’s Bootcamp’s best! Now that we’ve squeezed in a few push-ups, we’re ready to get into our dresses for the next runway show!
