Industry insiders and fashionistas-in-the-making have been on pins and needles since HBO’s Vogue documentary was announced. In Vogue: the Editor’s Eye is based on the book of the same name that chronicles the influential images that Vogue’s past and present editors have created over the years. While we have to wait until the premiere on December 6th, the network is giving audiences of taste of some of the interviews with the likes of Grace Coddington, Jade Hobson, Phyllis Posnick, Polly Mellen, Tonne Goodman, Camilla Nickerson, Carlyne Cerf, and of course, Anna Wintour. “It is a family – it’s a slightly dysfunctional family, but it’s also very close,” Wintour explains in the clip. “They all have genius in them.” We think a documentary party is in order!
