Let the weekend countdown begin; T minus two days until season 2 of lady love Lena Dunham’s series, Girls, premieres. Thank the HBO gods, we thought we’d die in anticipation! Glam can’t wait to see what’s next for Hannah, Marnie, Shoshanna and Jessa, and furthermore, what the show’s costume designer, Jenn Rogien, has come up with for the characters’ wardrobes this season. Here are some of our wishful predictions!

Shoshanna
Ruffles, frills and flounce dominated the Spring 2013 runway, setting a trend totally alined with Shoshanna’s quirky girly girl primness. A chunky pair of peep toe pumps keeps the look cute and fresh, but not over demanding of attention, just like our favorite accidental crack smoker’s style.

Marnie
For a spring color that perfectly pairs proper and alluring, we’re hoping to see sophisticated Marnie in a soft mint pastel color. The fitted silhouette of this Margiela number is feminine yet fierce, and the neon ankle strap of those sexy stilettos keeps the look especially young. Work it, Marnie!

Hannah
Also hot this season, ensembles that pair seemingly conflicting textile design for a harmonious look. Case in point, this triple patterned frock from Topshop. Hannah’s never been one to steer clear of prints and interesting details, so this one’s for her. We love the dress with a pair of wedged booties for a dressed up cool look.
