Katy Perry Rocks Adorable Little Hats and a Cozy Rodarte Coat at the Inauguration Day Festivities

After performing in D.C. at the 2013 Kids Inaugural Concert last Saturday, Katy Perry and her beau John Mayer made an appearance at the Inauguration Day festivities.
Not only did Miss Perry wear a mini Uncle Sam-style top hat while performing, she also channeled Aretha Franklin by wearing a mini version of Aretha’s infamous giant bow hat (worn at President Obama’s first Inauguration Day in 2009) on Monday. Katy tweeted a picture of her little hat – too cute! Turns out the singer is crafty too … she created the hat herself! “I had it made,” Perry told PEOPLE. “I thought it would be fun to do a shout-out back to four years ago.” The songstress looked adorable in her Rodarte coat from the brand’s Fall 2012 collection. How warm and cozy does that coat look? Perry paired her orange and black striped coat with a brown belt and black stiletto boots.
