Michelle Obama Wu’s Us Again
By Katherine Fotinos February 13,2013
Michelle Obama, once again, chose a Jason Wu design to appear in front of the nation in. Having created both of the FLOTUS’s Inauguration gowns, Jason has clearly established himself as Michelle’s go-to guy when it comes to her style. This time around, she wore a red organza tweed dress with an A-line silhouette as President Obama gave his State of the Union address February 12, 2013. The frock, which Michelle accessorized with an Alexis Bittar flower pin, is from Jason’s pre-fall 2013 collection. Originally designed as a halter style, he reshaped the leather detailing to create a higher neckline for the First Lady.
