What is your favorite item in your closet? A pair of Stephane Kelian wedge heels I got in 1994 from Fred Segal in Los Angeles.

What’s your favorite gift to give? Notecards or foodie baskets…and amex gift cards never fail.

If you could max out your credit card at one shop, which one?  Nordstrom…one stop shopping baby.

What’s one thing every woman should own?  A decent evening handbag – no need in showing up to a restaurant with your giant everyday bag…tacky tacky.

What inspired you to start your blog/site?  I only saw a handful of beauty blogs out there that were written by an African American.

If you could be anywhere right now, where would you be? On a beach in Tahiti.

Who is your celebrity style mate? Nobody- I’m one of a kind, baby!

Do you have any hidden talents?  I can wiggle my ears.
