I was so excited that this month kicks off the new season of “Entourage” I had to feature a cocktail in honor of Vincent Chase’s sensationally snarky talent agent. And who better to make such a cocky concoction than Avi Haksar! The food and beverage director and chief of cocktails at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills (who knows exactly how to pour, shake and strain for Hollywood’s heaviest hitters) kindly whipped this up exclusively for Glam.com. True to Ari Gold form this power player has a sweet side and a bite, just the way we love ‘em.

2 oz Absolut Ruby Red vodka
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
splash of pineapple juice
dash of grapefruit juice

Rim a martini glass with sugar. Combine the ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into a martini glass, and serve with a lime wedge and an orange twist.
