Luxury Travel, Egyptian Style: The New Four Seasons Alexandria

I’ve been a lot of places, but one desired destination that I have not yet conquered is Egypt. And now I have an even greater incentive to follow the pharaohs: The new Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano, Egypt.

Located in the city founded by Alexander the Great in 331BC, which also was where Cleopatra and Mark Anthony canoodled, it’s a 118 room coastal resort designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon.

Perks include a two-story spa and wellness center, restaurants ranging from Lebanese-French to Mediterranean to Italian, and easy access to “Alex’s” historical sites and world shopping. Rack rates start at $350 per night.

Here’s a sneak peek.

Okay, enough dreaming for now. I’m in NYC today working with Hershey’s (more on that later) and am off to help them introduce magazine editors to a new superfun Cacao Reserve By Hershey’s product coming in January to a Target near you…

Happy hump day!
