Museum of Cute: Star Wars Ornaments

darth-vader-ornaments.jpg

I never thought in a million years that I’d deem something from Star Wars “cute” (Eewoks excluded). But while browsing the Glam Network today I stumbled upon these ornaments posted on Pop Gadget and available for sale on Etsy.com ($6 a pop or $50 for a set of 10).

Despite the fact that my hubby, a digital artist, worked on Star Wars, my daughter has a fondness for his “Yoga” sculpture (actually Yoda), and while living in L.A. I helped create Star Trek: The Experience in Vegas, I’m not a Sci-Fi fan.

But these….well, they’re just too darned adorable to dismiss. Besides, EVERYONE knows a geek that would fall in love with you forever if you bestowed these on him this holiday season.

Enjoy and may the Museum of Cute be with you.

On a different note, I’m just back from L.A. where I did a 12-hour video shoot with Mandy Ingber, yoga instructor to the stars (and also one of the most inspiring women I’ve met in a long time). This spring you’ll see the results all over the internet in association with a very cool promotion we’re doing. (Sorry, it’s too soon to tell, but I promise when the time comes you’ll be the first to know.) I can’t tell you how fun it is to have wardrobe, hair, and makeup stylists primping you like you’re a contestant on Extreme Makeover. SOOOOO fun.

Today, I’m back into my yoga gear and typing away at Starbucks in Marin. Sigh.
