Spaghetti Night: Get the Perfect Serving Size

spaghettidoser

I eat spaghetti pretty often. It’s easy, filling, and delicious. But I always make way too much. My eyes are bigger than my stomach, and I inevitably end up with a tummy ache and enough pasta to feed my whole apartment building. Since I’m not big on leftovers, and the neighbors don’t respond to my knocking, I end up trashing most of it. But, now, thanks to this handy tool, I can measure out the perfect serving(s) of spaghetti so I won’t waste food … and can’t stuff my face.

Available at emmohome.com, $17.50.

Will You Be My Valentine?

retro

Do you remember handing out Valentines to classmates in elementary school? I used to pick the cutest ones for the cutest boys. What can I say? I was a flirt back then too. Giving and receiving these sweet tokens made the school day seem special. And don’t pretend you, too, didn’t obsess over which were signed off  “Love” vs “From” vs “xoxo.”

These vintage-inspired V-Day card are a blast from the past.  So, why not embrace the spirit of giving and spread a little love and cheer among friends and family? After all, it really is the thought that counts.

Available at Anthropologie, Set of 6, $12
