Tomorrow is officially Turkey Day, and whether you’re heading out to visit the family or hosting the big meal yourself, that much togetherness may be in need of a little refreshment. Toast to the start of the holiday season with a few cocktails, both warm and chilly, to imbibe some holiday spirit.

Combine all liquids in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a tall glass with ice and top with whipped cream
For the brown sugar syrup:
In a non-reactive container, mix equal parts warm water and brown sugar until completely dissolved.
2 oz. Caliche Rum
Combine the rum, lime juice, and cranberry jam or sauce in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with the bitters. Add cranberries to garnish.
Cruzan Pumpkin Toddy
