2012 has been an amazing year to say the least, from the fashion trends to the music, we have much to celebrate. Raise a glass to the close of another wonderful year and to an even brighter 2013 with a few of these champagne and sparkling wine cocktails and throw in a few kisses for extra luck. Cheers!

Cruzan New Year’s Resolution

1 oz. Cruzan Black Cherry Rum
1 Dash Bitters
Sparkling Wine
Lemon Twist
Black Cherry

Pour the rum into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Add a dash of bitter to finish and garnish by dropping a lemon twist-wrapped cherry into the flute

Fireworks Fizz by Angela Laino

1 ½ oz. Pucker Vodka Citrus Squeeze
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 ½ oz. Prosecco

Add the citrus vodka and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Kilbeggan Stroke of Midnight

2 oz. Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
1 oz. DeKuyper Apricot Brandy
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Champagne
Lemon Wheel (Thinly Sliced)

Build all ingredients over ice in a red wine glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

(Belvedere) RED Twinkle

2 oz. Belvedere Red
¼ oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
¾ oz. Moet

Shake and pour the (Belvedere)RED and the St. Germain over ice into a chilled glass. Top the cocktail with Moet and garnish with a lemon twist.

Chandon Saint Sparkle by Leslie Sbrocco

2 oz. Chandon Brut Classic
¼ oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz. Gin

Stir the gin, St. Germain, and lemon juice and pour into a white wine glass, adjust for taste. Top with Chandon Brut Classic and garnish with a spring of fresh mint.
