With a smile that made me reach for the Crest Whitestrips and a complexion that had me dialing up the dermatologist, Kerry Washington is as blessed with beauty as can possibly be! I had the opportunity to chat with the charismatic Kerry about her beauty and fashion favorites. (I don’t really have any interest in her current film, I Think I Love My Wife… but I might just go… so that I can shamelessly stare at her flawless face for a little longer.)
What are your best-kept beauty secrets?
Kerry: I think sleep is the most important thing. Lots of sleep and lots of water. I always travel with – um – oh my gosh, I travel with so many things… but what’s the most important thing?
Well, if you could only use one product, what would you choose?
Kerry: Right now, this is so silly! But right now, it’s probably my lipstick at L’Oreal like my “Kerry Lipstick.” It’s very fun to wear because I got to like have input about it. So I put it on and I’m like “It’s my lipstick!” You know.
Who are your favorite designers right now?
Kerry: Lanvin. I’ve always loved Cathy Waterman’s jewelry. So I’m excited about all the attention she’s getting now. And Oscar’s always the go to man!
