So when I was first approached by my friend to “Steal Reese’s Style” (see post entitled I’m Going to Regret This… Part I,) I thought I would just have to stand there and channel Miss Witherspoon.) And since I do that on a daily basis anyway… I was like “yeah, no biggie! done deal.”

And then she called me yesterday afternoon… And explained that the story had “changed” slightly… that I’d need to do a pre-taped portion where I rave about my admiration for Reese, and divulge my deep dark adoration for her style/life/strength/wisdom/etc. (gag.)

Oh, and she also mentioned that since this is the “before” portion of the segment… I should try to look not so cute. “Don’t dress super trendy. Wear like a sweater, jeans, and sneakers.” (double gag.)

Soooo. Here I am now… in my not so great outfit… awaiting the car service to pick me up and take me down to shoot number one of two.

And, you know what… I am regretting this! Big time. Catch up with me later!!!! (I’ll be having a pity party at my desk… and would love the company.)

P.S. Well, at least I plan on shamelessly asking the stylists and hosts for Q&As…  So some good will come of this humiliation!
