Sports-loving celebrities and athletes like Chris Evans, Maria Sharapova, Haylie Duff, Stacey Keibler, Samuel L. Jackson, Kate Walsh, Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner, Elisha Cuthbert, Ian Zeiring, Peyton Manning, Jason Biggs, Kim Kardashian, and Mike Tyson (to name a few) were invited to swipe some freebies at the ESPYs Style Studio. Held in the exclusive upscale Mondrian Hotel this event was “swag suite meets upscale soiree.”

VIP Guests were asked to grab a huge duffel bag and stuff it to the max with their favorite free products. And we’re talking everything from Ed Hardy watches to Zappos’ shoes to expensive cigars. Each celebrity/athlete was escorted around the suite by his or her own personal escort. The big burly athletes were accompanied by bombshell blondes wearing itty-bitty tight LWDs. They giggled and flattered and flirted with their respective celebrities, groping their muscles and stroking their egos. (I even caught one of these ladies swapping phone numbers with a sports agent… For himself or his client? I’ll never know! Naughty, naughty.)

After dragging around heavy bags of loot, these superstars need some TLC. And so they retreated to the Bacardi sponsored suite, where they could choose from an endless list of flavored mojitos, sit back, relax, and enjoy the DJ’s tunes. This suite also housed a Bacardi-training station, where bartenders taught the celebs how to make a mean mean mojito. (Watch out – I’m not trained in the art of crushing mint leaves.) And this chill atmosphere is where the celebrities apparently get loose-lipped. A PR rep told me to hang out in this suite and keep my ears tuned for juicy gossip that just happened to roll off the tongues of celebs after a couple of sips mojito magic.
