Gossip at the ESPYs

Ricardo Chivara revealed a huge Desperate Housewives secret on Wednesday night backstage at the ESPY Awards; “Everybody dies!” While he was kidding around, he did confirm that Dana Delaney is joining the cast. He then gave one little hint for an upcoming plotline “A piece of gossip? With regards to my character’s storyline, there will be an interesting love triangle.” (Bet ya Edie doesn’t die… and it’s a catfight for him between Gabrielle and Edie!… Betcha!)

While Chivara wasn’t at his co-star Eva Longoria’s recent wedding, he told reporters that he spoke to her right before the big event. “No, I was not in France. Unfortunately, I did talk to Eva [though.] I was working on several projects up until mid-June, and then toward the time of the wedding I had to go home because I have a 4-and-a-half year old boy screaming for me to be home and plant a pomegranate tree, and teach him how to swim. So that takes a little bit more of a front seat to a wedding in Paris.”

Cash Warren, who did attend at the Longoria-Parker wedding, was on the red carpet of the ESPYs. But he remained extremely tight-lipped about the affair. When I mentioned his return from the soiree, he replied “Oh you want to hear about the wedding? I don’t want to talk about the wedding. I did [just get back from Paris.]” I jokingly counter-replied, “Oh, well speaking of weddings and marriage…” Warren laughed, but only when I told him I was kidding, and wasn’t seriously planning on asking him about any potential proposal to girlfriend, Jessica Alba.

I did, then, seriously ask him what types of things he and Jessica Alba do together for fun. Unfortunately, he didn’t take the bate, and refused to speak about their relationship. But here is what he did say: “I’m not gonna talk about my relationship. I’m here to support Baron Davis. He plays for the golden state warriors My best friend in life. He’s here to represent his team. I’m here to support him. I’m not here to talk about my relationship. We played basketball together we were state champs when we were in California. It was a blast. We grew up playing basketball together. He’s just obvious much better than I am.”
