Many athletes and celebrities rocked the red carpet of last night’s ESPY Awards. We spoke to a few of these hotshots, and then retreated backstage to watch the fun and fab show!… Here are some of the night’s best quotes from the red carpet and the award show. •  “Oh! I feel like an asshole!” – Kate Walsh into the microphone and on the cameras, when she announced the winner for best female athlete, and butchered her name.

• “It’s strange. It’s exciting. You sorta feel like you’re graduating high school.” – Jamie Lynn Sigler on the end of the Sopranos.

• “It was fantastic. Mike Tyson has very smooth skin. You’d look at him and think he’d be very rough like a shark or something. But actually when you touch his skin, he’s smooth as butter. It’s actually a wonderful experience.” – Jimmy Kimmel on filming shower scenes for an ESPYs skit.

• “Everyone dies!” – Richardo Chivara revealing the future of Desperate Housewives - kidding of course.

• “I love it. It’s like you never think you’d have so much enjoyment kissing someone’s toes and feet.” – Superstar quarterback Matt Leinart talking about his baby son to a group or reporters backstage.

• “Just being myself. This is what I do off the court. Have fun, tell jokes. I’m very outgoing.” – LeBron James on co-hosting the ESPYs

• “I can’t believe Paris isn’t here. This whole night is sponsored by Hummer.” – Dane Cook making fun of Miss Hilton on camera at the ESPYs.

• “I can’t wait to kick Mike Tyson’s ass. It’s going down. We have a weird feud brewing.” Justin Long who stars with Bruce Willis in Live Free or Die Hard.

• “A couple of screamers – a couple of random screamers. But they were mostly extended family, and I paid them to look cooler in public. No everything’s been pretty tame so far.” – Hottie Dave Annable from Brothers and Sisters on fan encounters.

• We were in [the car] for 45 minutes – a little bit of traffic around here. They had a video game system, so we were taken care of. [James] kicked my butt. – Andy Roddick on his wait in the limo.
