A scruffy-sexy George Clooney braved the red carpet with his gorgeous-on-crutches girlfriend Sarah Larson last night at the NYC premiere of his film Michael Clayton. The two looked stunning despite injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident on Saturday night. (Ms. Larson might even make crutches the new hot silver accessory du jour.)
