Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz welcomed baby boy Bronx Mowgli (that’s a mouthful) Wentz into the world on Thursday night. The baby weighs in at 7 lbs, 11 oz. Says a spokesperson, “Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes.”

Congrats to the new mommy and daddy!

People selects the tall, rugged, and handom Australia star for it’s top spot. And I’m lovin’ this unconventional pick. He’s not as pretty as Brad or George … but there’s something about this gorgeous guy that I can’t get enough of. (Maybe it’s that he can play a bad-boy worf-superhero and sing Broadway ballads.) Plus, if you’ve ever seen him with his kids, you’d absolutely melt.

 What [body] part do people like best?
My smile. Lately my pecs. I’m being honest!

What do you wear to bed?
I didn’t wear anything until my daughter was born and we had a night nanny because I was working. I walked out stark naked, and she was reading a book. Now I like boxer briefs.

 How do you keep the passion alive?
It’s easy with my wife. She loves the idea of me coming home in costume because it makes her feel like she’s having an affair in a good way. When we met, I was cast as a prisoner with tattoos and she’d say, “Don’t take your tattoos off tonight!” and I’d be like, “All right!” But what works best with her is the stockbroker look. She also says, “Do your sexy dance for me,” [an ’80s-like, hip-swiveling number] and that works for me.

Britney Spears opens up about her ups and downs in a new 90-minute documentary, Britney: For The Record  which air on Nov. 30 on MTV.

 ”I have really good days, and then I have bad days … Even when you go to jail, there’s the time when you’e gonna get out. But in this situation, it’s never ending. I’ts just like [the movie] Groundhog Day … I wanted to make this film because I started to feel like I wasn’t being seen in the light that I wanted to be seen in. This is an opportunity to set the record straight and talk about what I’ve been through and where I’m headed … I think I’ve learned my lesson now, and enough is enough.”

Last night was the big LA premiere of Twilight, the young adult vampire book-turned-movie that I’ve been raving about for the past six months. Tweens, teens, and adults alike gathered in Westwood to catch a glimpse of on-screen lovebirds Bella and Edward. There were some interested, unexpected famous guests at the premiere proving that Twilight appeals to people of all ages!
