A source “close to Simpson” tells People that she is, indeed, expecting and that they’ll be married within the month!
Simpson further added fuel to the fire on Tuesday when she evaded the pregnancy question on MTV’s TRL. The singing starlet simply said “Some things you want to keep personal.”

Ashlee Simpson showed off her new dark red mane at the Los Angeles premiere of the action-packed thriller Cloverfield last night. Dressed in a prim and proper LBD with a fab fuschia coat to add some punch, Simpson held on to her two best accessories: her oversized clutch and her main squeeze, boyfriend, Pete Wentz.
Also at the premiere: Lindsay Lohan, Spencer Pratt and his Barbie doll AKA Heidi Montag.

Ashlee Simpson looked simple, sleek, and chic clad in head-to-toe black at the opening of Runway Nightclub in Manhattan last night. She played co-host along with super stylish and skinny supermodel May Anderson.
Runway aptly features a 25-foot catwalk in the dead center of the club. I’m sold. (Not to mention it’s pretty close to the Glam NYC offices.) I can picture myself strutting side-by-side with Paris and Mischa and the Duff sisters. So fun!

P.S. Way to be a jet-setter Ashlee Simpson. From LA to Vegas to NYC, this girl hasn’t stopped to breathe. And right beside her has been her new boytoy Pete Wentz. And, for once, I’m not jealous of this dynamic duo. I will always be the one to wear the eyeshadow in any relationship I ever have!
P.P.S. I heart Ashlee’s shoes… and I’m a huge fan of all-black ensembles. It’s the easiest way to look super in vogue without a lot of thought, effort, or headache! Bright colors are overrated.
P.P.P.S. After every runway show I’ve ever been to… I retreat to a private room (or preferably an empty hallway) where I can attempt to practice the model-style-catwalk-strut. How PSYCHED am I that I now have an actual runway to exhibit my hidden catwalk talent!!!…How embarrassed am I that I just admitted that!? (Hmmm… Surprisingly, not at all.)

The shabby chic 1930’s-esque Parisian bistro where downtown Manhattanites hobnob with the visiting L.A. elite- where even the skinniest celebrities and models indulge in an order of sinfully delicious steak frites. (And who could blame ‘em? Those downtown divas deserve a yummy reward for braving the wobbly Meatpacking streets in their five-inch stilettos and mini-skirts!!!)

WHO: Pastis’ VIP diners include: Sienna Miller, Lindsay Lohan, Kate Bosworth, Ashley Olsen, Gwen Stefani, Bono, Penelope Cruz, Uma Thurman, and Ashlee Simpson, to name a few.
Miss Jamie Lynn Sigler goes there before hitting up the Gansevoort. Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa go there to lunch with the kiddies. Liv Tyler even hosted her wedding reception brunch there! Jessica and Nick used to brunch there. (I suppose Nick takes Vanessa there nowadays. And maybe Jess eats there with John!)
