This Valentine’s Day, Godiva Chocolatier will indulge chocolate lovers and design aficionados alike. For its 13th annual Valentine’s Day promotion, the luxury chocolate brand has once again created an extravagant chocolate experience, offering consumers the opportunity to win an exclusive getaway weekend for two at the 2nd Annual Godiva Decadence Suite at the Bryant Park Hotel in New York City. This year, renowned interior designer Jonathan Adler offered his creative expertise while Larry Abel Designs transformed the space into a chocolate oasis inspired by Adler’s signature furnishings and accessories.
Brooke Shields helped to unveil the 2nd annual Godiva Decadence Suite yesterday at the Bryant Park Hotel. The Lipstick Jungle actress looks phenomenal in a feminine Jill Stuart dress and gorgeous Judith Ripka jewels.
The Grand Prize Winner of the 2009 Godiva Valentine’s Day Promotion will receive a deluxe trip for two to New York City and will be the first and only guests to stay at the Godiva Decadence Suite at The Bryant Park Hotel.
An exploration of the suite will reveal a series of vignettes, weaving signature Jonathan Adler pieces with their exclusive chocolate iterations, as well as decadent designs dressed in chocolate, created by Abel.
Each of the suite’s three rooms will house Adler designs and Godiva chocolate:
• As guests enter the living room, their eyes are immediately drawn to a hand made chocolate mosaic wall, composed entirely of Godiva chocolate pieces. Complete with chocolate interpretations of Adler’s furniture pieces, the room includes chocolate artwork and a whimsical chocolate chess set.
• The dining room promises to be the perfect setting for a romantic evening, decorated with the Adler Utopia Collection’s expressions of male and female. Its most notable pieces are life-sized chocolate recreations of Adler’s “man” and “woman” decanters, truly bringing Adler’s pottery to life in chocolate, as well as a dining room table, which is decorated in chocolate to the pattern of Adler’s Bargello Collection.
• The bedroom boasts a playfully chic motif; Adler’s Menagerie Collection, in its original and chocolate forms, populates the room. Additionally, the bed is the perfect spot for chocolate bliss; its headboard is made of chocolate and a chocolate room service tray complete with chocolate surprises rests atop it.
In addition to a weekend in the lavish suite, the winner will also indulge in several chocolate-themed activities, including a private chocolate tasting in Godiva’s Rockefeller Center boutique and a romantic dinner for two at a premier New York City restaurant. Upon their return home, the winner will receive a year’s supply of Godiva chocolate.
