So I’m not usually one for abnormal celebrity baby names. (I’m talkin’ to you Apple.) But I’m sorta loving Ben and Jen’s daughter’s name: Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck … Yes, it’s a mouthful. But it’s also really sweet and lovely.

I adore Jennifer Garner. I think she’s the most adorable mom. She’s so hands on. And I can’t wait to see her with baby number two! … Violet is also ridiculously cute. She has mommy’s dimples. Jennifer and Violet went for a play-date at a park in the Pacific Palisades.

How adorable is this? Jennifer Garner and Keri Russell take their babies out on a Manhattan playdate! The foursome went for a stroll on the Upper West Side. (Also, who knew these two gals were friends?!?) Well, I suppose it sorta makes sense. Garner did marry (and then divorce) Felicity‘s small screen boyfriend Scott Foley… I always forget that Jen was previously married…
P.S. River is a little angel baby. And how many colors does Violet own have that floppy hat in?

Jennifer Garner and baby Violet went for a walk in brisk NYC today. I really have nothing to say about their venture except… well, I love everything about this duo. Jennifer is so down-to-earth. I love that she has the mommy-on-the-go bottle of water tucked into her unflatteringly poofy-but-practical jacket. I adore that she dresses her baby in silly floppy hats and faux-fur trimmed coats. And I think it’s great that she leaves the house sans makeup with a messy ponytail. I’m nominating Jennfer as the mom of the year… Who was your favorite celeb mom of 2007?

It seems like Jennifer Garner belongs in New York City. In the little time she’s been here starring on Broadway, she’s been photographed in every which neighborhood and landmark from the UES to the LWS to Central Park to Union Square to Soho… And she’s always toting her adorable baby, Violet with her.
Today, Garner and baby V got all bundled up in their warmest winter coats, and visited a church on the Upper West Side. The mother-daughter-duo then took a trip to the local Barnes & Noble.

Jennifer Garner is busy these days. She’s starring in a Broadway show… And she’s not sacrificing her mommy duties. She’s still out-and-about with baby Violet – playing in parks and touring the zoo.
A bundled up Garner was photographed taking Violet to the Bronx Zoo in New York City yesterday. The adorable mother-daughter duo was accompanied by an assistant and had a zoo attendant driving them around in their own personal buggy. (I guess there are some perks to being a VIP at the Bronx Zoo.) The pair looked happy as they left the monkey house and scurried off to an awaiting limo to take them home.
