Keri Russell hasn’t taken too much time to recover… She’s already out and about with baby in tow! Keri carried her little one in a pouch and took him on a tour-de-errands through Brooklyn. She brought little River Russell Deary to a coffee joint, a laundry place, and even Wholefoods…
