My Fashion Week Paparazzi Moment
Yesterday morning at the Charlotte Ronson show, I had a feeling that Lindsay Lohan would be there, considering her current “flame’s” twin is the famed designer, but really, I didn’t want to get my hopes up. But to my (non) surprise, I look up and there are L. Lo and Sam walking to their front row seats. I actually really don’t know where this came from, but all of a sudden I found myself walking swiftly down the runway toward the two of them. I then managed to engulf myself within the craze of paparazzi, sticking my camera and tape recorder out to catch every moment. Let me just tell you! Not only were my feet stepped on, I was hit in the head with a very large-lens camera, pushed severely out of the way and yelled at by bodyguards protecting every inch of them. Oh, but you better believe I still managed to snap a (somewhat) decent picture of the star who, by the way, looked gorgeous today! Skinny, but very pretty.
I know, I know, my snapshots were pretty rad, but don’t worry, I won’t be quitting my day job.
On a better note.
On the way back to my seat, I ran into cutie Emma Roberts. She’s so so adorable, so chic and had a smile from ear to ear, and I just had to try my luck again. I was MUCH more successful this time around! Here’s what she had to say:
Upcoming shows she’s looking forward to - “I’m going to a few, I’m going to Tracy Reese tomorrow. I love New York, I love fashion, so New York Fashion Week is really exciting for me.
Why she’s most looking forward to fall - “I’m excited to be able to wear my boots again. I love boots! I’ve had to put them away for summer.”
