What’s your reaction to the so-called “break down” tape of Paula that was leaked?… Are you horrified that it was leaked?

That’s the thing I always say… that’s the mark when you know you’ve become a celebrity.

Have you spoken to Jordin since the big American Idol win?

No! I know she’s doing well. She’s probably getting ready for the tour.

What’s your advice for Blake?

I told him – I said – first concentrate on the songs. The songs are the most important thing. You can beatbox; you’re cool. But make sure you’ve got great songs.

So, I know it’s a long ways off probably… but Simon mentioned that when his contract is up, he’s done with American Idol. Even thought it’ll be a while, do you have any thoughts on that?

Who’s Simon? Who cares about what he says.
