Next thing we know, (today) he’s handing out his own drawings to all Glam employees sharing his insight on office ergonomics. What next? Think he’d consider becoming a guest editor for wellness?

If you work at a desk with a computer, take a moment to read his notes carefully. Protecting your posture can help prevent repetitive stress in the forearms and wrists, as well as reduce tension in the neck, head, and eyes (if you’ve ever had a migrane you can appreciate this, I’m sure). In addition, sitting up straight and tall allows you to optimize space in your ribs and diaphragm so you can breathe more. And as any yogi, meditation master or martial artist will tell you, breathing is everything.
