I’d like to add music. I put on my iPod and cue up my favorite sing along tunes and let loose. My neighbors get a good chuckle as an added benefit! Stress release through osmosis!

Agreed! During all-nighters in the early months at Glam (yes, the team works hard here) I would do handstands to give myself a boost and definitely jammed to a lot of music to energize and keep things moving in a positive way. Singing and the vibrational energy of song or chant is an excellent way to get clear. Great tips. Thanks for adding these!

same, jen. though right now, i’m opting for a thunderstorm sound effect track on repeat in itunes. helps me fall asleep when my mind won’t shut up too.
