If you don’t live by the beach, stock up on 3 staple and affordable detox ingredients: Epsom salt, baking soda, sea salt and do a little detoxing at home.
1/3 C Epsom salt
1/3 C Sea Salt
1/3 C Baking Soda
3 drops lavendar essential oil (optional, for added relaxation)
Soak time: 15-20 minutes

I love taking salt baths (although not as much as I enjoy swimming in the surf)! I use detoxifying bath salt with himalayan salt, dead sea salt and even some kombu seaweed powder for toning. It works great – my skin is so soft after, it’s relaxing, and I just feel better!
