Ever wonder what the life of a yogi is really like? In the mood for a little enlightening? In Autobiography of a Yogi, Paramhansa Yogananda describes his quest to becoming a yogi and all of the amazing people he met along the way. Yogananda knew he was destined for a life of yoga since a young age and is responsible for bringing yoga to the West.
His book offers first hand accounts of famous Indian sages and saints, as well as numerous spiritual lessons. I was first introduced to the book by a friend who liked to give it out as a present. Now I like to continue the tradition and share it with others. If you purchase it please pass it on after reading it and maybe we can start a chain of enlightenment!
