Improve Your Life One Step at a Time

This week, rather than berate yourself for eating that cookie at work or drinking 8 sodas rather than 8 glasses of water take a look at your day and each decision you make with the following lens:

Baby Steps.

When goals are bite sized they can be easily digested (I’m hungry as I type this post, can you tell?) and leave you feeling empowered and confident that you can tackle the next. What 1 small thing can you do this week to improve your life?
Here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • drink one extra glass of water
  • wake up 10 minutes earlier tomorrow
  • tell your spouse or significant other what you love about them
  • take a restorative yoga class
  • go for a walk at lunchtime
  • plan a wellness retreat
  • catch yourself being critical or judgemental and quickly forgive, forget and focus on the positive
