This week, rather than berate yourself for eating that cookie at work or drinking 8 sodas rather than 8 glasses of water take a look at your day and each decision you make with the following lens:
Baby Steps.
When goals are bite sized they can be easily digested (I’m hungry as I type this post, can you tell?) and leave you feeling empowered and confident that you can tackle the next. What 1 small thing can you do this week to improve your life?
Here are a few ideas to get you started:
- drink one extra glass of water
- wake up 10 minutes earlier tomorrow
- tell your spouse or significant other what you love about them
- take a restorative yoga class
- go for a walk at lunchtime
- plan a wellness retreat
- catch yourself being critical or judgemental and quickly forgive, forget and focus on the positive
