This week’s tip is to simply laugh. Laughing relieves stress, boosts immunity, fights depression, and will help you to be a more positive thinker. If you’re looking for a more structured approach, try a laughter yoga class. Laughter yoga was founded by Dr. Madan Kataria, with the goal of creating an international community of people who love to laugh.
Kataria has designed exercises to make people laugh for no reason. He combines these with yoga breathing techniques and laughter meditation.
Kataria states, “When you start laughing, your chemistry changes, your physiology changes, your chances to experience happiness are much greater.”
