I may be Glam.com’s beauty director, but I certainly don’t know it all. That’s why I constantly scour the globe, on the hunt to find knowledgeable experts willing to contribute their time and expertise for your benefit. On my last trip across the pond, I accidentally (on purpose) met Eryca Freemantle, a UK-based beauty enthusiast who was all too happy to hop on board the Glam ‘Get Gorgeous’ Squad!

Few things you should know about this marvelous makeup maestro:

1. She counts makeup artists Reggie Wells and Pat McGrath as her inspirations, and late model Naomi Sims and Mikki Taylor of Essence as her sheroes.

2. She’s been in the industry for over 25 years, having started as a model!

3. A tragic twist of fate led her into the world of makeup. After a horrific car accident left her skin terribly damaged, she created her own makeup to her disguise her scars. (For this, she’s actually my shero!)
